Family Photo Shoot Terms and Conditions

A deposit of £25 is required to secure your booking.

will not be refunded if booking is cancelled.

The full payment of package is due on placement of package order.

Extra digital images, reprints and canvases can be ordered through PORTRAIT WEDDINGS Photography.

Travelling costs: 50 cents/kilometre from Coin, Spain for any location shoot.

PORTRAIT WEDDINGS Photography reserves the right to use images from your shoot for advertising and portfolio purposes only.

Any ideas and photo preferences should be emailed through to admin@portraitweddings.es five days prior to your shoot

Wedding Photo Shoot Terms and Conditions

A booking fee of €100 (deposit) is required to secure your booking.

This will not be refunded if booking is cancelled.

The full payment balance is due on the day / event.

One hour should be set aside for the creative shoot, bearing in mind that the best time to shoot is the hour before sunset.

Table seating and catering for the photographer and an assistant should please be provided at the reception.

Reprints can be ordered via portrait weddings Photography.
